גדי פרידמן הוא אדריכל ומעצב פנים, בעל ROARC Architecture, הפועל בתל אביב ומתמחה בתכנון דירות יוקרה, פנטהאוזים ובתים פרטיים. עבודתו מתמקדת ביצירת אדריכלות מדויקת ועל־זמנית, המבוססת על פרופורציות נכונות, חומריות איכותית וירידה לפרטים הקטנים ביותר.
המשרד הוקם בשנת 1998, לאחר לימודי אדריכלות והמשך לימודים לתואר שני בתכנון עיר ואזור בטכניון. מאז עוסק המשרד בתכנון מגוון רחב של פרויקטים למגורים, תוך שילוב מלא בין אדריכלות ועיצוב פנים וליווי אישי של הלקוח משלב הרעיון הראשוני ועד להשלמת הביצוע.
הגישה האדריכלית של המשרד מבוססת על בהירות, דיוק ופשטות אדריכלית. כל פרויקט מתחיל ברעיון מרכזי ברור, שממנו מתפתחת השפה האדריכלית של הבית, מבנה החלל, הפרופורציות, החומרים, האור והקשר בין הפנים לחוץ.
התכנון הפונקציונלי הוא נקודת מוצא מרכזית בתהליך. אדריכלות בעיניו אינה רק מראה, אלא הדרך שבה החלל פועל ומשרת את החיים שבתוכו. כל החלטה, מארגון הפונקציות והמבנה המרחבי של הבית, דרך תנועה נכונה בחלל ועד בחירת חומרים, תאורה ופרטים, נשענת על היגיון שימושי ברור. השאיפה היא ליצור חללים שבהם פונקציונליות, פרקטיות ואסתטיקה פועלות יחד, כך שלכל אלמנט עיצובי יש גם סיבה תכנונית.
לעבודה יש עניין מיוחד ביצירת עומק ושכבות בתוך החלל באמצעות קומפוזיציה מדויקת, שילוב בין חומרים שונים ובניית מערך אור מוקפד. אור טבעי, משחקי אור וצל ותאורה מלאכותית, כולל גופי תאורה ייחודיים, נתפסים כחלק בלתי נפרד מהאדריכלות עצמה. השילוב ביניהם יוצר חללים בעלי נוכחות, עומק וזהות ייחודית, תוך שמירה על תחושה מאוזנת ונעימה לאורך זמן.
העבודה מתאפיינת בדיאלוג בין אדריכלות נקייה ומאופקת לבין חומריות עשירה ומדויקת, בין מסות ברורות לבין חללים פנימיים מורכבים ורב־שכבתיים. תשומת הלב לפרטים, לאור, לחומר, לפרופורציות ולחוויית השהייה בחלל היא חלק בלתי נפרד מכל תהליך תכנון.
המשרד מוביל את הפרויקט בקנה מידה מלא, מהרעיון האדריכלי הראשוני, דרך פיתוח התכנון, עיצוב הפנים ובחירת החומרים, ועד לליווי הביצוע באתר.
בעבור גדי פרידמן, אדריכלות אינה רק תכנון של מבנה, אלא יצירה של מרחב חיים מדויק, מאוזן ואישי.

Gadi Friedman is an architect and interior designer, owner of ROARC Architecture, based in Tel Aviv and specializing in luxury apartments, penthouses, and private houses. His work focuses on creating precise and timeless architecture defined by balanced proportions, refined materiality, and meticulous attention to detail.
The studio was established in 1998 following architectural studies and advanced studies in Urban and Regional Planning at the Technion. Since then, the office has been involved in a wide range of residential projects, combining architecture and interior design while guiding clients personally from the earliest concept stage through construction.
The studio’s architectural approach is based on clarity, precision, and architectural simplicity. Each project begins with a clear central idea from which the entire architectural language evolves, including spatial structure, proportions, materials, light, and the relationship between interior and exterior.
Functional planning is a central principle in the design process. For Gadi Friedman, architecture is not only about appearance but about how spaces truly work and support everyday life. Every decision, from the organization of functions and the spatial structure of the home to circulation, material selection, lighting, and details, is grounded in a clear practical logic. The goal is to create spaces in which functionality, practicality, and aesthetics work together, so that every design element also has a clear architectural purpose.
Particular attention is given to the creation of depth and layered spatial experiences through precise composition, the careful combination of materials, and a considered approach to light. Natural light, the play of light and shadow, and artificial lighting, including distinctive lighting fixtures, are treated as integral elements of the architecture itself. Their integration creates spaces with presence, atmosphere, and a unique identity while remaining balanced and comfortable over time.
The work is characterized by a dialogue between clean architectural forms and rich material expression, between clear structural masses and layered interior spaces. Attention to detail, light, materials, spatial proportions, and the overall experience of inhabiting a space is an essential part of every design process.
